CoherentWeb requires .NET Framework 2.0 installed and any version of Windows from Windows XP onwards. This product is optimised for Windows Vista, Windows 7 and WS2008 x86

Free Beta Software
This version of CoherentWeb is a time-limited free evaluation Beta and expires on 9 April 2010, the scheduled released date for the commercial version.
Installation
Once you have downloaded coherentweb.zip:
1. Either run setup.exe directly within the downloaded zip file, or
2. First unzip the file and just copy the contents to your preferred location. Creating shortcuts to coherentweb.exe.

LICENSE

QUTORIC LIMITED (QUTORIC) hereby gives you a non-exclusive license
to use the software: CoherentWeb Beta 1
For evaluation, the license is granted, and is time-limited (April 9
2010).
For a registered release you will have to purchase a license from
the Qutoric website at http://qutoric.com
You may:
- use this time-limited Software on any number of computers
- copy the Software for archival and redistribution purposes,
provided:
i) it is made clear that this is time-limited Beta software, and
ii) any copy contains all of the original Software's proprietary
notices.
You may not:
- permit other individuals to use the Software except under the
terms listed above;
- modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble
(except to the extent applicable laws specifically prohibit such
restriction), this application –and the Saxon software included with
this distribution.
- create derivative works based on the Software;
- copy the Software (except as specified above);
- rent, lease, transfer or otherwise transfer rights to the
Software;
- remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software.
TERMINATION.
The license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with
the limitations described above. On termination, you must destroy
all copies of the Software and Documentation.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

The Software is for Beta evaluation and test, provided on an AS IS
basis, without warranty of any kind, including without limitation
the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose
and non-infringement.
The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Software is
borne by you.
Should the Software prove defective, you and not QUTORIC LIMITED
assume the entire cost of any service and repair.
